The Peptide Index

Methodology

How entries are compiled

Each index entry synthesizes peer-reviewed literature and established pharmacology references. Where a compound is well studied, we summarize the consensus; where it is not, we say so. Entries link out to relevant literature so you can read the primary sources yourself.

How we frame dosing

Dosing is presented as it is reported — in animal studies, clinical trials, or common research-community references — never as a recommendation. Many peptides have no established human dose at all, and we flag that explicitly rather than inventing one.

How we evaluate sources

Our sourcing comparison scores vendors against a fixed rubric: published purity, per-batch certificates of analysis, independent third-party testing, transparent labeling, and domestic fulfillment. Competitors are shown as neutral archetypes rather than named businesses, because publishing invented scorecards for specific companies would be misleading.

Disclosure

We may earn a commission from vendors we link to. This is disclosed on the sourcing page and in our footer, and it does not affect the rubric or the scores.

Corrections

The evidence base for peptides moves quickly, and this site is new and expanding. We update entries as the literature changes and welcome corrections.
