Blend & stack calculator
Mixing two or more peptides in one vial? Pick a popular blend or enter your own, target one peptide's dose, and see the exact draw plus how much of every peptide it delivers.
The classic recovery stack: BPC-157 for localized/gut repair and TB-500 for systemic cell migration. Popularly a 10 mg / 10 mg vial.
Select which peptide to target a dose for.
All peptides share one vial, so the draw that hits your BPC-157 target also sets how much of the others you get. For research calculations only.
| Per draw, you get | Amount |
|---|---|
| BPC-157target | 250 mcg |
| TB-500 | 250 mcg |

How blend math works
A blend keeps two or more peptides in the same vial, so they share one solution volume. That means the ratio between them is fixed the moment you reconstitute — a single draw always delivers them in proportion to how many milligrams of each are in the vial.
Because of that, you can only choose the draw volume: you target one peptide's dose and the others follow. Each peptide's concentration is its mg × 1000 ÷ water mL. The draw is your target dose ÷ the target peptide's concentration, and every other peptide's delivered amount is its concentration × that same draw. Doses per vial is simply the total water ÷ the draw volume.
For example, a Wolverine vial of 10 mg BPC-157 + 10 mg TB-500 in 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL of each. Targeting 250 mcg of BPC-157 is a 0.05 mL draw — 5 units — which also delivers 250 mcg of TB-500, for 40 doses per vial. This tool is for research calculations only and is not medical advice.
Blend calculator FAQ
What is a peptide blend (stack) calculator?
It computes the draw for a vial containing two or more peptides. Because all the peptides share one volume of water, a single draw delivers a fixed ratio of each — so you target one peptide's dose and the tool shows the syringe units plus how much of every other peptide comes along in that same draw.
How do I calculate the Wolverine (BPC-157 + TB-500) blend?
Pick the Wolverine preset (commonly 10 mg BPC-157 + 10 mg TB-500 in 2 mL). That gives 5 mg/mL of each. Targeting 250 mcg of BPC-157 is a 0.05 mL draw = 5 units, which also delivers 250 mcg of TB-500, for 40 doses per vial. Equal mg means equal amounts per draw.
How does the ratio in a blended vial work?
The ratio is fixed at reconstitution by how many mg of each peptide are in the vial. You can only choose the draw volume, so you target one peptide's dose and the others follow in proportion to their mg. Each peptide's concentration is its mg × 1000 ÷ shared water mL.
Which blends does the calculator include?
Presets for Wolverine (BPC-157 + TB-500), CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin, GLOW (GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500), and KLOW (GLOW + KPV). You can also enter any custom blend — set each peptide's mg, the water, and which one to target.
