Hexarelin Dosage Chart & Schedule

A potent synthetic GH-releasing hexapeptide, structurally related to GHRP-6, additionally studied for cardiovascular-tissue effects in preclinical models.

The short answer

Research references commonly cite ~100 mcg per dose, 1-2x daily, in shorter cycles because sustained frequent use is associated with receptor desensitization. Not established for human use.

Figures describe how Hexarelin is reported in the research literature and research-community references — not a recommendation for human use. For laboratory research only.

Cycle
Short blocks with breaks

The most commonly referenced pattern; doses stay near 100 mcg rather than escalating because hexarelin is potent and desensitizes.

Desensitization is a key caveat

  • Hexarelin is a potent GHRP, but sustained frequent use is associated with receptor desensitization and a blunted GH response.
  • Research references shorter cycles or breaks rather than continuous use, which is why doses stay low.

Cardiac-tissue interest

  • Beyond GH release, research notes hexarelin interaction with CD36 receptors relevant to cardiac tissue in preclinical models.
  • This is preclinical and not established for human use.

From vial to injection in 6 steps

1

Wipe both vial tops

Swab the peptide vial and the bacteriostatic-water vial with fresh alcohol and let them dry.

2

Draw the water

Pull the planned amount of bacteriostatic water (2 mL) into the syringe.

3

Add it slowly

Run the water down the inside wall of the vial — don't blast the powder. Swirl gently; never shake.

4

Let it dissolve

Wait until the solution is fully clear, then refrigerate the vial.

5

Draw your dose

Pull the calculated units on a U-100 insulin syringe (~4 units for 100 mcg).

6

Store between uses

Keep the reconstituted vial refrigerated and use within its stable window.

Handling & storage

  • Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water (2 mL into a 5 mg vial = 2500 mcg/mL)
  • Refrigerate reconstituted; keep the lyophilized powder cool and dark
  • A 100 mcg dose draws to ~4 units on a U-100 insulin syringe

Hexarelin dosing FAQ

How much hexarelin per dose?

Research references commonly cite ~100 mcg per dose, 1-2x daily, in shorter cycles because of desensitization. Not established for human use.

How is hexarelin reconstituted?

With bacteriostatic water. For example, 2 mL into a 5 mg vial = 2500 mcg/mL, so a 100 mcg dose is about 4 units on a U-100 syringe.

Why is hexarelin cycled rather than run continuously?

Sustained frequent dosing is associated with receptor desensitization and a reduced GH response, so research references shorter blocks with breaks.

Is hexarelin stronger than other GHRPs?

It is one of the more potent GH-releasing hexapeptides, which is why doses stay low (~100 mcg) and cycles stay short to limit desensitization.
